Are breast implants safe?

I've been a lot of research on breast implants, im thinkin about getting my breast done in the next year. Im a smalled framed person. 5ft3in, 121pounds. I've even talked to a couple of people and surgeons about the procedure. I know that there are risks but we take risks everyday. Im not trying to get to get anything to big. So if there is any1 outh there that can give me advice plz I will be more than happy to hear it. Also if these any1 who has ever had them plz let me kno if u have had and problems or if anything went wrong. Plz. I need answers.

I had mine done 2006 and love them! So far, I haven't had any problems. I had a very good cosmetic surgeon who had me get a lot of tests prior to the operation. I wanted them bigger but he said if your pockets are small. . . don't stuff them because they won't look natural and he was absolutely right. They look very natural and I'm happy with them. Reply:y would u wanna do such a thing have to read in the news wit surgical accidents n young girls dying. your 5'3 wat u wanna look like lil kim big boobs on a small frame will cause back problems n if you do get implents they can leak n cause u to get sick look what happen to pam anderson
Reply:No surgery is safe. With breast implants, the postoperative recovery is very long and very-very-very painful. I know a person who had them done, and she says she was in so much pain she couldn't sleep for a month, painkillers and all.
