Check with Planet K - I think there's a guy that does it that has flyers there. I think he does scarification and cosmetic amputation.
I can't imagine why you'd want to do it, but hey, my mom doesn't understand why I'd get a tattoo - so whatever floats your boat! As long as you're willing to live with it for the rest of your life!
