How often should a Lush mask be used?

I recently bought a small tub of Mask of Magnaminty from my local Lush store, however I forgot to ask about how often to use it.





Should I be doing a mask once a week? Twice? Every night?
How often should a Lush mask be used?
average is 1x per week, but you can up it to 2 if you feel the need to. don't over use the mask tho as it can cause the opposite effects.
