I have spots on my cleavage area...why is that?
I get that too

its really annoying

i try to exfoliate

but i don't know how t get rid of them

try asking your doctor maybe?
Reply:I get that too. I never have spots anywhere else so that's weird. Mine come and go like spots do but it's irritating when wearing a low cut top as i feel self conscious. Don't know how to get rid of them though sorry except just wait it out.
Reply:My guess is sun damage!!!!!!!! apply high SPF into your cleavage - try using fade creams - go to the dermatologist it is your safest bet. They will not just fade on their own.
Reply:I get them too, so if you don'tmind, can I sit and watch what other people answer?

Reply:i get this sometimes if i had wore a different perfume or body spray, it seems to be an allergic reaction...occasional i will get it if i end up sweating or if i get caught out when it is really damp and cold...i find that most good body lotions will work to get rid of it within a few days...use dove shower gel too, it is gentler on the skin than a lot of others...hope this helps you
Reply:I used to have the same problem, but as I've got older, my skin's sorted itself out and it's a lot clearer, or breakouts go faster. Not much consolation, though, I know!

Try exfoliating every five days or so, cleanse, tone (nothing too astringent, especially if you have dry skin) and moisturise the area twice daily with a fairly light moisturiser, and treat yourself to a face mask (on your chest) once a week or so. That should help clear your skin up. Also, if you wear high-necked tops or have hair that's in contact with your chest regularly, that could aggravate the problem, either from constant contact, or any oils and dirt on your hair and clothes.

Hope that was of some use to you!
Reply:it might be that you are using a product that is causing a skin irritation - perfume, perfumed body lotion etc.

another problem is wearing too many layers of clothing when its warm, which causes you to sweat but since that area cannot cool down faster in the open, the sweat might be causing the spots. thats just my theory.
Reply:Just because it seems like we should only get spots on our face dosnt meen it always haapens it naturual for us to get them all over our body dont worry
