What is the fastest way to gain weight?

i mean fast as in 2 months. this summer.





I'm sick of being skinny :'(


I'm 14, 5'2, and 90lbs.





I do eat alot like everday at school i eat poutine and i eat more than my friends but im the skinniest of all of them





What can i do this summer to gain weight?


What is a good protein shake that works?
What is the fastest way to gain weight?
do you know how many people want the opposite?





i'm not just saying this to be nice but


be proud of your body

i'll say beer and milk, but since you are 14,whole milk and honey should pack you up
Reply:Listen , I'm 15 and i wiegh 102lbs . I know how it feels but you shouldnt try to frce wieght on yourself . You probably have a high metabolism like I do . Just take it slow , you will probably thicken as you grow . And you should be proud of your figure ! A lot of girls would kill to be that size =]

Reply:Eat more protein and switch things like semi skimmed milk for full fat and lean meat to fattier meats. Also do a bit of exercise so your heart stays healthy and it looks good rather than just fat thighs.
Reply:just be healthy...your body will fill out on its own and you'll be grateful for feeling too skinny now. i knew a girl in high school who was so thin and little....now she looks great (we are in our late 20s)...while i am trying to lose weight she has found a nice balance and does modeling and video shoots.





just be patient and be healthy and don't try too hard to look a certain way. it will happen
Reply:i say be happy ur skinny. u can eat more but dont eat too much nd beocme obese... i dont kno ny protein shakes srii but i do kno that u shud be happy w/ who u are nd how u look. jus eat a lil more[cheeseburgers?french fries?hot fudge sundaes?] mybe u jus hv a relee fast metabolism??

Reply:I know EXACTLY how you feel. I'm way skinnier than all my friends, and it used to piss me off so bad. It's probably because I'm a vegan. But anyways


I started eating a bowl of walnuts a day. That did really good. And I just bought this protien powder called vega, and I got it in berry flavour. That's alright too.


But I just realised, that we're actually pretty lucky. Sure it sucks most of the time, but it's better than being fat. And I hae friends who have to exercise after they eat any fatty foods. I wouldn't want to do that.


But try the walnuts...or almonds of you like those better.

Reply:omg we are like exactly the same i am 90lbs and im 14 and I'm 5'2 .well to gain weight is very hard. but i would have to say eat mc donalds more often but for me its like almost impossible to gain weight i have no idea why
Reply:Ummm just shut up!!! be happy you're skinny!! I want to be skinnier!!!! I'm like 5'2 and 115 pounds. That's normal weight but I still would like to weigh less cause i'm like the fattest of all my friends!! and it's not healthy to force weight on you!!!
Reply:you know, you might have a very fast metabolism that's why even if you eat alot more than your friends do, you are really not going to gain weight. and it is in the genes of the person or rather it is hereditary. have you tried eating even if it is midnight? try to take some vitamins. do some sports-exercise thing, you know when I tried to play for a badminton game for a month, I really ate more then I could and tehn I really gained alot of pounds.

You shouldnt just eat lots of mcdonalds thats not the way to go.


what you should do is eat nutrional food with high calories e.g.potatoes red meat poultry or fish.


Secondly increase the caloric value of your meals, add powered milk to caseroles for added calories,add meat to pasta and so on.AVOID SKIPPING MEALS(very important)


Increase your portions add that extra spoon of pasta to you plate A BIG APPETITE IS KEY.


relax fidgeting and moving may burn calories you want


EXCERCISE THIS MAY SOUND STUPID BUT JUST LAYING AROUND AT HOME ALL(AND I MEAN ALL)THE TIME WILL RESULT IN YOU LEADING AN UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE.





Now the much quicker but less healthy method that your parents or guardian may not approve of.


eat energy tonic foods, eat blood tonic foods eat yin tonic foods these are supplements.


I PERSONALLY THINK YOUR MUCH BETTER OF WITH THE FIRST METHOD.
Reply:One of the best protein shakes on the market is Muscle Milk. It has lots of protein but is low in sugar/carbs.





You can find it at some grocery stores, GNC, or (for best price) at large discount stores such as Costco or Sam's Club.





Lots of great flavors too! :) I drink it as a meal replacement.
