PLEEASE help! I have these dark spots under my eyes for a while now, and i don't know how to get rid of them! Not enough of sleep surely explained it, but i need a good method of gettin rid of them...
please give me some advice!!! THANX :)

Reply:get some hydroquinone, its in most fade creams, use a qtip to put it just on the dark spots as if it gets on the area around it then they will lighten to and can make it appear worse, after a few days they should appear lighter.
