i want to know how long i should go in ?? It%26#039;s an older bed and i dont know how strong it is .. you can go in it for 25 min ... so im thinking i should start at like 5 min and see what happens ...

5 minutes? its usually 15 minutes even when you are starting. and also tanning beds cause cancer as fast as ciggerettes.
