From that, it doesn%26#039;t sound too much like it%26#039;s allowed, but I%26#039;d ask the artists at the shop just to make sure. Make sure you bring a parent with you to the shop, though, because some shops won%26#039;t even let you enter if you%26#039;re under 18.
