my school doesnt allow piercings. summer break just started, i have 2 months. if i take them out a few weeks before school, will the holes heal?

not completely, but for the most part. kind of depends on your skin and stuff.

Reply:it takes 8 weeks to heal i go to catholic school and just got the monroe piercing its against the rules but it will heal by school time and i just wont wear the jewelry
Reply:Although they do not allow piercings, schools cannot tell you what you can or cannot do to yourself. As long as you don%26#039;t go to school with the rings then you can%26#039;t get into trouble. But it takes a lot longer for the holes to close. I never wear the rings for like months at a times and my piercings havent closed.
Reply:Why would you spend money on it if you can only keep em for 2 months? Thing is after 2 months it isn%26#039;t fully healed so i suppose they will close. Why don%26#039;t you just wait a while and then have em or put em in and take em out when you go to school? They say no piercings not no holes in your face
Reply:Try to find clear jewelery for school and see if that might work. Piercings can close fast but if you put the jewelery back in right away after school you might be okay.

it will take 6 weeks to heal before you can correctly before you can change the jewelry and another 3-5 months before you think about leaving the jewelry out over night.. you could use a retainer .. a clear bendable/flexible jewelry for hiding piercings.. but leaving it all the time could cause irritation..





honestly save your money and get some cds or a game or something!
Reply:yeah...i had a lip piercing through my bottom lip for about a year; after i decided i didn%26#039;t want it anymore, i took it out before bed one night, and by the time i had washed up and brushed my teeth and stuff, i couldn%26#039;t get the jewelry back in. they heal pretty rapidly; all that was left after a couple of weeks were two little scars.





but seriously, it%26#039;s not really worth it if you can only keep them in for two months; if you really like them it%26#039;ll just bum you out that they have to be removed. either get clear retainers for school and wear jewelry on the weekends, or wait until after high school (or until you%26#039;re at a school where they%26#039;re allowed) when you can enjoy them and eventually take them out on your own terms.
Reply:Well it really depends on how your body heals.


Mine healed in 9 hours without them in it. so if you take them out right before school, then put them right back in after school. it should be okay?
