so my parents are letting me get my tongue pierced and im going to get mine done with a friend. im excited but im reallly nervous about infection and if ill get brain damage ( i heard it can do that )


i want to know what the best thing i can do is it prevent infection .. and how can it give you brain damage ? ..

first off dont use Listerine.. it burns and drys out the tissue of the tongue.. a swish of sea salt and warm water is best.. but follow your piercer%26#039;s directions..





you cant get brain damage but there is a slim chance of nerve damage.. but go to a reputable piercer and you wont have issues! infection isnt much of an issue if you follow directions (again) and remember to keep talking down to a minimum in the first 24-36 hours.. no spicy foods .. no soda rinse your mouth after you do eat!
