Yes, if you want to get a tan, get a lower SPF. (around 15)





It helps so you dont get sunburnt.

It depends on the strength. I used SPF 15 Banana Boat Oil, got a nice golden tan, no burn. If I%26#039;d used say, SPF 45+ of any sort, probably not.
